The important party details
Included with every party
- Two slices of pizza and a juice box or bottled water for each child included in the selected package.
- Complimentary tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
- A free gift for the birthday child and goodie bags for party guests.
- You may bring your own cake, cutter, and candles. No ice cream cake or confetti.
- Socks and signed waivers are required for all guests, including guests who are not playing.
- Each child admission includes one free adult. Additional adults are $5.99 each.
Reservations, food, and changes
- A $175 non-refundable deposit is required after your date is confirmed directly with KidVenture World.
- The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the party by Zelle, debit card, or credit card. Cash is accepted only for tips.
- Final adjustments to guest count need be confirmed 24-48 hours prior to the party.
- This website does not accept reservations or payments. KidVenture World will arrange next steps after reviewing your inquiry.
- Changes must be requested at least 14 days before the original party date. Eligible parties may be moved to an available date or time within the next 3 months.
- Cancellations with fewer than 14 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Add a one-topping 16-inch XL pizza for $30.
- An adult table is $25, seats up to 10, and includes table settings and bottled water.
